Shloka
विलक्षणं यथा ध्वान्तं लीयते भानुतेजसि ।तथैव सकलं दृश्यं ब्रह्मणि प्रविलीयते ॥ ५६५ ॥
vilakṣaṇaṃ yathā dhvāntaṃ līyate bhānutejasi ;tathaiva sakalaṃ dṛśyaṃ brahmaṇi pravilīyate . 565 .

- पाषाण–वृक्ष–तृण–धान्य–कट–अम्बर–आद्याःpāṣāṇa–vṛkṣa–tṛṇa–dhānya–kaṭa–ambara–ādyāḥ
- things such as stone, tree, grass, grain, cot, clothes etc
- दग्धाःdagdhāḥ
- when burnt
- भवन्ति हिbhavanti hi
- become
- मृत् एवmṛt eva
- earth only
- तथा एवtathā eva
- likewise
- समस्त–दृश्यंsamasta–dṛśyaṃ
- all phenomenal things
- देह–इन्द्रिय–असु–मनः आदिdeha–indriya–asu–manaḥ ādi
- such as body, sense organs, vital airs, mind etc
- ज्ञान–अग्नि–दग्धम्jñāna–agni–dagdham
- burnt by the fire of knowledge
- उपयातिupayāti
- attain
- पर–आत्म–भावम्para–ātma–bhāvam
- the nature of Supreme Atman
Translation
Just as the darkness, distinct from Sun–light, resolves in the Sun–light, likewise the whole phenomenal universe resolves in Brahman.
