Shloka

इति नतमवलोक्य शिष्यवर्यं
समधिगतात्मसुखं प्रबुद्धतत्त्वम् ।
प्रमुदितहृदयः स देशिकेन्द्रः
पुनरिदमाह वचः परं महात्मा ॥ ५२१ ॥

iti natamavalokya śiṣyavaryaṃ
samadhigatātmasukhaṃ prabuddhatattvam ;
pramuditahṛdayaḥ sa deśikendraḥ
punaridamāha vacaḥ paraṃ mahātmā . 521 .

Anvaya

ते नमःte namaḥ
My salutations to you
यद्–एतत्yad–etat
that (your glory) which is
राजतेrājate
shining
विश्व–रूपेणviśva–rūpeṇa
in the form of this universe
तस्मैtasmai
to such
सदा एकस्मैsadā ekasmai
which is always the homogenous one
चित्–महसेcit–mahase
that which is consciousness in nature
नमःnamaḥ
salutations
मुहुःmuhuḥ
again
गुरु–राजguru–rāja
oh king of guru–s!

Translation

Thus, seeing the commendable student – who has attained the bliss of the Self and who has realised the Supreme Reality – humbly bent in front of him, the venerable teacher felt extremely glad at heart and uttered these great words.
