Translation

Realise the nature of Atman by a firm meditative stage, with your mind undisturbed by sense objects and by the discerning eye of clear understanding. If it is so realised without a doubt, the truth so realised will not vacillate again.

Annotation

‘Does not vacillate’ – means that the Brahman which was earlier appearing as universe will not appear so. The realised person would have the vision of Brahman in all things (Jagadguru).
