Shloka

भवानपीदं परतत्त्वमात्मनः
स्वरूपमानन्दघनं निचाय्य ।
विधूय मोहं स्वमनःप्रकल्पितं
मुक्तः कृतार्थो भवतु प्रबुद्धः ॥ ४७३ ॥

bhavānapīdaṃ paratattvamātmanaḥ
svarūpamānandaghanaṃ nicāyya ;
vidhūya mohaṃ svamanaḥprakalpitaṃ
muktaḥ kṛtārtho bhavatu prabuddhaḥ . 473 .

Anvaya

निरस्त–रागाःnirasta–rāgāḥ
Those who have relinquished the sense of attachment
निरपास्त–भोगाःnirapāsta–bhogāḥ
by whom pleasures are given up
शान्ताःśāntāḥ
unruffled (because their minds are in Brahman)
सुदान्ताःsudāntāḥ
those who have controlled their senses
यतयःyatayaḥ
sages
महान्तःmahāntaḥ
eminent ones
एतत् तत्त्वं विज्ञायetat tattvaṃ vijñāya
having realised this truth

अन्तेante

प्राप्ताःprāptāḥ
attained
परांparāṃ
the Supreme
निर्वृतिम्nirvṛtim
bliss
आत्म–योगात्ātma–yogāt
by uniting with Brahman

Translation

Let you too become the liberated, accomplished and awakened one, having realised this Supreme Reality – the nature of Atman as homogenous bliss – and having shaken off the delusion created by your own mind.

Annotation

This is a teaching to the student in the form of a blessing (Jagadguru).
