Shloka

अस्त्युपायो महान्कश्चित्संसारभयनाशनः ।तेन तीर्त्वा भवाम्भोधिं परमानन्दमाप्स्यसि ॥ ४६ ॥

astyupāyo mahānkaścitsaṃsārabhayanāśanaḥ ;tena tīrtvā bhavāmbhodhiṃ paramānandamāpsyasi . 46 .

Anvaya

अस्ति उपायःasti upāyaḥ
There is a way
महान् कश्चित्mahān kaścit
a great one
संसार–भय–नाशनःsaṃsāra–bhaya–nāśanaḥ
which would destroy the fear of transmigration
तेनtena
by that
तीर्त्वा भव–अम्भोधिंtīrtvā bhava–ambhodhiṃ
having crossed the ocean of birth (and death)
परम–आनन्दम् आप्स्यसिparama–ānandam āpsyasi
you will attain the Supreme Bliss

Translation

There exists a great method which would destroy the fear of transmigration. Following it you shall cross the ocean of birth and death and will attain Supreme Bliss.

Annotation

‘Great method’ – implies that it is a strenuous process, to be followed earnestly (Jagadguru).
