Translation

For him there is no desire to validate the phenomenal objects seen in the dream and there is no acceptance of that world. If such acceptance continues to exist in the unreal world, it should surely be taken that he is not freed from the dream.

Annotation

If a person was a bovine animal in a dream, he will not desire to eat grass after waking up. He has no desire to validate the reality of the unreal objects seen in dream (Jagadguru).
