Shloka

विज्ञातब्रह्मतत्त्वस्य यथापूर्वं न संसृतिः ।अस्ति चेन्न स विज्ञातब्रह्मभावो बहिर्मुखः ॥ ४४३ ॥

vijñātabrahmatattvasya yathāpūrvaṃ na saṃsṛtiḥ ;asti cenna sa vijñātabrahmabhāvo bahirmukhaḥ . 443 .

Anvaya

यत्रyatra
Where (the person in whom)
परेरिताः विषयाःpareritāḥ viṣayāḥ
objects (issues) presented by others
प्रविष्टाःpraviṣṭāḥ
having entered
नदी–प्रवाहाःnadī–pravāhāḥ
the flows of rivers
वारि–राशौ इवvāri–rāśau iva
like in the ocean
लिनन्तिlinanti
merge
सन्–मात्रतयाsan–mātratayā
as he is the pure being (Brahman)
न उत्पादयन्तिna utpādayanti
do not cause
विक्रियाम्vikriyām
(any) change
एषः यतिःeṣaḥ yatiḥ
such sage
विमुक्तःvimuktaḥ
is the one who is free

Translation

There is no transmigration as before for the person who has realised Brahman. If it exists it means that he has not realised Brahman but that he is externally oriented.
