Translation

The person who does not, at any time, see the difference between the self and the Brahman and between the Brahman and the world due to realisation is fit to be called a person who is liberated while being alive.

Annotation

Scriptures say ‘the whole universe is Brahman’. It means that the universe is a mere phenomenon or a superimposition on Brahman like a serpent on a rope. Scriptures also say ‘a person whose self is all, what will he see and with what?’ It means that the realised person does not see anything other than his own self which is non–different from Brahman (Jagadguru).
