Shloka

अनात्मचिन्तनं त्यक्त्वा कश्मलं दुःखकारणम् ।चिन्तयात्मानमानन्दरूपं यन्मुक्तिकारणम् ॥ ३८० ॥

anātmacintanaṃ tyaktvā kaśmalaṃ duḥkhakāraṇam ;cintayātmānamānandarūpaṃ yanmuktikāraṇam . 380 .

आनन्द–रूपंānanda–rūpaṃ

the means for liberation

Translation

Having given up the thoughts on non–self – which are impure and are the cause of sorrow – think of the Atman, which is of the nature of bliss and which is the means for liberation.
