Translation
Enjoy the nectar of the bliss of Brahman by having firmly established the mind in Brahman, which is the goal, having restrained the extrovert organs in their locations, having stopped all bodily movements and ignoring any care of the body. Abide in the realisation of oneness of the self with Brahman and with an unbroken Brahman awareness. Why pursue other delusive pursuits that are empty?
Annotation
1) ‘The body fosters the prārabdha karma’. Hence the seeker has to ignore taking care of the body and identification with it. 2) ‘Without bodily movements’ – means staying in a āsana conducive for meditation. 3) ‘The extrovert organs’ include the sense organs and organs of action (Jagadguru).
