Translation

Establishing the mind in the non–dual Brahman happens only for a person of high dispassion. Firm realisation is only for a person of tranquil mind. Freedom from bondage is only for a person of realisation and the experience of eternal bliss is only for a person so freed.

Annotation

‘samādhi’ – establishing the mind in Brahman. All the worldly pleasures are not equal to a small fraction of the bliss of Brahman, as told in the Gita and in the Upanishads (Jagadguru).
