वाचं नियच्छात्मनि तं नियच्छ
बुद्धौ धियं यच्छ च बुद्धिसाक्षिणि ।
तं चापि पूर्णात्मनि निर्विकल्पे
विलाप्य शान्तिं परमां भजस्व ॥ ३७० ॥
vācaṃ niyacchātmani taṃ niyaccha
buddhau dhiyaṃ yaccha ca buddhisākṣiṇi ;
taṃ cāpi pūrṇātmani nirvikalpe
vilāpya śāntiṃ paramāṃ bhajasva . 370 .

Anvaya
- शान्तिं परमांśāntiṃ paramāṃ
- Supreme bliss
Translation
Restrain the speech (suggesting all sense organs) in the mind. Resolve that mind in the intellect and then restrain the intellect in the witness self. Attain Supreme bliss after having resolved even that (witness) in the infinite Atman devoid of differentiation.
Annotation
The process of the resolution is explained in the Kathopanishad in the mantra (1–3–13). The seeker has to meditate that the sense organs do not exist apart from the mind. It is called as resolving the sense organs in the mind. Similarly, he has to contemplate that the mind does not exist apart from the intellect and that the intellect (the ego sense associated with the body–mind–complex) is not different from the cosmic mind (Hiranyagarbha). Finally, it has to be realised that Hiranyagarbha is a manifestation in the Supreme Brahman devoid of all differentiation.
