Shloka

अतः समाधत्स्व यतेन्द्रियः सदा
निरन्तरं शान्तमनाः प्रतीचि ।
विध्वंसय ध्वान्तमनाद्यविद्यया
कृतं सदेकत्वविलोकनेन ॥ ३६७ ॥

ataḥ samādhatsva yatendriyaḥ sadā
nirantaraṃ śāntamanāḥ pratīci ;
vidhvaṃsaya dhvāntamanādyavidyayā
kṛtaṃ sadekatvavilokanena . 367 .

Anvaya

अतःataḥ

यत–इन्द्रियः सन्yata–indriyaḥ san
by controlling your senses
सम्–आधत्स्वsam–ādhatsva
fix your mind
प्रतीचिpratīci
in the innerself
निर्–अनन्तरंnir–anantaraṃ
without recess
शान्त–मनाःśānta–manāḥ
with a mind free from pre–dispositions
विध्वंसयvidhvaṃsaya
Destroy
ध्वान्तम्dhvāntam
darkness
अनादि–अविद्यया कृतंanādi–avidyayā kṛtaṃ
caused by the beginningless nescience
सद्–एकत्व–विलोकनेनsad–ekatva–vilokanena
by realising Brahman which is devoid of differentiation (Jagadguru)

Translation

Hence, by controlling your senses, fix your mind at all times in the inner Self with a mind free from pre–dispositions. By realising Brahman which is devoid of duality, destroy the darkness caused by the beginningless nescience.

Annotation

‘sad–ekatva–vilokanena’ – can also be interpreted as ‘realising oneness with Brahman’.
