Shloka

शान्तो दान्तः परमुपरतः क्षान्तियुक्तः समाधिं
कुर्वन्नित्यं कलयति यतिः स्वस्य सर्वात्मभावम् ।
तेनाविद्यातिमिरजनितान्साधु दग्ध्वा विकल्पा -
न्ब्रह्माकृत्या निवसति सुखं निष्क्रियो निर्विकल्पः ॥ ३५६ ॥

śānto dāntaḥ paramuparataḥ kṣāntiyuktaḥ samādhiṃ
kurvannityaṃ kalayati yatiḥ svasya sarvātmabhāvam ;
tenāvidyātimirajanitānsādhu dagdhvā vikalpā -
nbrahmākṛtyā nivasati sukhaṃ niṣkriyo nirvikalpaḥ . 356 .

Translation

Having controlled the mind and the senses, having totally withdrawn from external objects, by enduring dualities and by always establishing one’s mind in the non–dual Brahman, one experiences one’s own state of oneness with all beings. By that, having totally burnt away the dualities arising from the darkness from ignorance, one stays as Brahman in Supreme Bliss, actionless and devoid of differentiation.

Annotation

A jīvan–mukta is described in this verse. This verse further illustrates the idea of liberation told in verse 318 above (Jagadguru).
