Shloka

त्वमहमिदमितीयं कल्पना बुद्धिदोषा -
त्प्रभवति परमात्मन्यद्वये निर्विशेषे ।
प्रविलसति समाधावस्य सर्वो विकल्पो
विलयनमुपगच्छेद्वस्तुतत्त्वावधृत्या ॥ ३५५ ॥

tvamahamidamitīyaṃ kalpanā buddhidoṣā -
tprabhavati paramātmanyadvaye nirviśeṣe ;
pravilasati samādhāvasya sarvo vikalpo
vilayanamupagacchedvastutattvāvadhṛtyā . 355 .

due to right understanding of Reality (Brahman)

Translation

It is due to defective thinking that all transaction – such as you, me, this etc., – occurs in the Supreme non–dual Atman which is devoid of duality. All such duality totally vanishes when the seeker attains an undifferentiated state of mind due to right understanding of Reality.

Annotation

‘Defective thinking’ – is due to the three guṇa–s – sattva, rajas and tamas (Jagadguru).
