Translation

How can, rejection of the objectified universe happen for a person identifying with the body–mind–complex, for one whose mind longs for the experience of external objects and who pursues such objects? It has to be consciously cultivated by those who have renounced all activities – including those sanctioned by dharma – by those who wish to abide in Atman, by those who have realised the truth and by those who seek eternal bliss in their self.

Annotation

‘Renouncing all action’ – means giving up the karma mandated by the scriptures along with desire driven karma (Jagadguru).
