Translation

By all counts apart from the vision of oneness with all, there is no other cause for release from bondage. Such vision of oneness with all occurs when one abstains from objects and always stays in the awareness of the Self.

Annotation

As and how a person abstains from external objects he gets freed from them and gets freed from sorrow. With the awareness of the self as Brahman, one attains the vision of oneness with all. In other words, such awareness means freedom from all types of limiting adjuncts (Jagadguru).
