Translation
One who has attained Oneness (liberation) while being alive (jīvan–mukti) continues to be so even after death. For one who sees even a little bit of difference (duality), the Yajur–Veda declares that he (she) would be in fear.
Annotation
The word ‘Oneness’ means transcendence from all limiting adjuncts. A person who sees even a little bit of duality will stay in fear, as the Yajur–Veda (Taittiriya Upanishad 2–7) says (Jagadguru).
