स्वप्रकाशमधिष्ठानं स्वयम्भूय सदात्मना ।ब्रह्माण्डमपि पिण्डाण्डं त्यज्यतां मलभाण्डवत् ॥ २९० ॥

svaprakāśamadhiṣṭhānaṃ svayambhūya sadātmanā ;brahmāṇḍamapi piṇḍāṇḍaṃ tyajyatāṃ malabhāṇḍavat . 290 .

पिण्डाण्डं अपिpiṇḍāṇḍaṃ api
and even the limited self
त्यज्यतांtyajyatāṃ
may it be rejected
मल–भाण्ड–वत्mala–bhāṇḍa–vat
like a pot of filth

Translation

Yourself being the self–luminous and ever existing substratum (for all appearances), reject the macrocosm and the microcosm like a pot of filth (as something trivial).
