Shloka

स्वप्रकाशमधिष्ठानं स्वयम्भूय सदात्मना ।ब्रह्माण्डमपि पिण्डाण्डं त्यज्यतां मलभाण्डवत् ॥ २९० ॥

svaprakāśamadhiṣṭhānaṃ svayambhūya sadātmanā ;brahmāṇḍamapi piṇḍāṇḍaṃ tyajyatāṃ malabhāṇḍavat . 290 .

स्व–प्रकाशम्sva–prakāśam
the self–luminous
अधिष्ठानंadhiṣṭhānaṃ
the substratum (the basis for all appearances)
सद्–आत्मनाsad–ātmanā
as the ever existing
ब्रह्माण्डम्brahmāṇḍam
the universe
पिण्डाण्डं अपिpiṇḍāṇḍaṃ api
and even the limited self
त्यज्यतांtyajyatāṃ
may it be rejected
मल–भाण्ड–वत्mala–bhāṇḍa–vat
like a pot of filth

Translation

Yourself being the self–luminous and ever existing substratum (for all appearances), reject the macrocosm and the microcosm like a pot of filth (as something trivial).
