Shloka

मातापित्रोर्मलोद्भूतं मलमांसमयं वपुः ।त्यक्त्वा चाण्डालवद्दूरं ब्रह्मीभूय कृती भव ॥ २८८ ॥

mātāpitrormalodbhūtaṃ malamāṃsamayaṃ vapuḥ ;tyaktvā cāṇḍālavaddūraṃ brahmībhūya kṛtī bhava . 288 .

Anvaya

वपुःvapuḥ
The body
मल–मांस–मयंmala–māṃsa–mayaṃ
made of the distasteful filth and flesh
मल–उद्भूतंmala–udbhūtaṃ
born out of the excretions of
माता–पित्रोःmātā–pitroḥ
the mother and the father
त्यक्त्वाtyaktvā
having rejected (the identification with it)
दूरंdūraṃ
far away
चाण्डालवत्cāṇḍālavat
like an outcast
ब्रह्मीभूयbrahmībhūya
by being Brahman
कृती भवkṛtī bhava
be fulfilled

Translation

Having rejected – treating it an outcast – the identification with the body made of filth and flesh, arising from the excretions of the mother and the father, be fulfilled by remaining as Brahman.
