जन्म–वृद्धि–परिणति–अपक्षय–व्याधि–नाशन–विहीनम्–अव्ययम्janma–vṛddhi–pariṇati–apakṣaya–vyādhi–nāśana–vihīnam–avyayam

That unchanging one, devoid of birth, growth, change, decay, decease and disappereance

विश्व–सृष्टि–अवन–घात–कारणंviśva–sṛṣṭi–avana–ghāta–kāraṇaṃ

which is the cause for the origin, sustenance and resolution of the universe

तत् त्वम् असिtat tvam asi

That you are

भावय आत्मनिbhāvaya ātmani

meditate thus in your mind
