Shloka

निद्राकल्पितदेशकालविषयज्ञात्रादि सर्वं यथा
मिथ्या तद्वदिहापि जाग्रति जगत्स्वाज्ञानकार्यत्वतः ।
यस्मादेवमिदं शरीरकरणप्राणाहमाद्यप्यस -
त्तस्मात्तत्त्वमसि प्रशान्तममलं ब्रह्माद्वयं यत्परम् ॥ २५४ ॥

nidrākalpitadeśakālaviṣayajñātrādi sarvaṃ yathā
mithyā tadvadihāpi jāgrati jagatsvājñānakāryatvataḥ ;
yasmādevamidaṃ śarīrakaraṇaprāṇāhamādyapyasa -
ttasmāttattvamasi praśāntamamalaṃ brahmādvayaṃ yatparam . 254 .

Anvaya

यथाyathā
Just as
सर्वम्sarvam
the entire
निद्रा–कल्पित–देश–काल–विषय–ज्ञात्रादिnidrā–kalpita–deśa–kāla–viṣaya–jñātrādi
space, time, object, knower etc., projected by sleep
मिथ्याmithyā
is unreal
तद्–वत्tad–vat
likewise
इह अपिiha api
even here
जाग्रतिjāgrati
in the waking state
जगत्jagat
the world
स्व–अज्ञान–कार्यत्वतःsva–ajñāna–kāryatvataḥ
because it is the projection of nescience
यस्मात् एवम्yasmāt evam
because it is so
इदम् अपिidam api
all this too
शरीर–करण–प्राण–अहम्–आदिśarīra–karaṇa–prāṇa–aham–ādi
the body, organs, the vital airs, the ego etc
असत्asat
are unreal
तस्मात्tasmāt
Hence
यत् परम्yat param
that which is Supreme
प्रशान्तम् अमलंpraśāntam amalaṃ
the unchanging and pure
ब्रह्म अद्वयंbrahma advayaṃ
the non–dual Brahman
तत् त्वम् असिtat tvam asi
That you are

Translation

Just as the entire space, time, object, knower etc., which is projected by the mind during sleep is unreal, similarly all this universe too is unreal because it is the projection of nescience. As it is so, all this too, the body, organs, the vital airs, the ego etc., are unreal. Hence, you are that which is Supreme, the unchanging, pure and non–dual Brahman.
