Translation

All effects of clay, such as pot etc., are always mere clay all around. Likewise, all this, the whole universe which has originated from pure existence, is the same pure existence. Hence apart from sat, nothing else exists. That pure existence is your real Self. Hence, you are that which is Supreme, the unchanging, pure and non–dual Brahman.

Annotation

1) ‘Always’ – means ‘at the time of creation, sustenance and dissolution’. 2) sat–janitaṃ – that which has originated from the pure existence (Brahman) is a reference to the Ch.Up. (6–2–1) (Jagadguru).
