Shloka

असौ स्वसाक्षिको भावो यतः स्वेनानुभूयते ।अतः परं स्वयं साक्षात्प्रत्यगात्मा न चेतरः ॥ २१८ ॥

asau svasākṣiko bhāvo yataḥ svenānubhūyate ;ataḥ paraṃ svayaṃ sākṣātpratyagātmā na cetaraḥ . 218 .

Anvaya

असौ अभावःasau abhāvaḥ
This non–existence
स्व–साक्षिकःsva–sākṣikaḥ
has Atman as the witness
यतःyataḥ
because
स्वेन अनुभूयतेsvena anubhūyate
it is experienced by the Self
अतःataḥ
hence
प्रत्यगात्मा स्वयंpratyagātmā svayaṃ
the innermost Self itself
साक्षात् परंsākṣāt paraṃ
the Supreme which is directly known
न च इतरःna ca itaraḥ
not different from Brahman

Translation

This non–existence has Atman as its witness, because it is experienced by the Self. Hence the innermost Self is itself the Supreme which is directly known and it is not different from Brahman.

Annotation

The non–existence which is known after the negation of five sheaths is witnessed by the Self. Thus non–existence is something which is known and the Self is the knower. Thus the innermost Self which is its knower is not different from Brahman (Jagadguru).
