Translation

This sheath of bliss is never the Supreme Atman because it is occasioned by a limiting adjunct as it is a modification of prakṛti as it is an effect of good deeds and because it is a mere assemblage of a bundle of modifications.

Annotation

‘limiting adjunct’ – such as seeing a desired object. A mental modification is an effect of prakṛti. Experiences such as seeing, attaining and enjoying are like several limbs of the happiness experienced and hence this sheath is called a bundle of modifications (Jagadguru).
