Translation

In dream, devoid of objects, the mind by its own power creates the entire world of experiencer etc. In a similar way, there is no difference even in the waking state. All this is the unbridled activity of the mind.

Annotation

The latent impressions in the mind (vāsanā–s) create the dream world with a dream ego and dream objects. The doership of the dream ego is also a creation of the mind (Jagadguru).
