Shloka

शल्यराशिर्मांसलिप्तो मलपूर्णोऽतिकश्मलः ।कथं भवेदयं वेत्ता स्वयमेतद्विलक्षणः ॥ १६० ॥

śalyarāśirmāṃsalipto malapūrṇo’tikaśmalaḥ ;kathaṃ bhavedayaṃ vettā svayametadvilakṣaṇaḥ . 160 .

मांस–लिप्तःmāṃsa–liptaḥ
coated with flesh
मल–पूर्णःmala–pūrṇaḥ
filled with filth
अति–कश्मलःati–kaśmalaḥ
very dirty
अयंayaṃ
this (body)
कथं भवेत्kathaṃ bhavet
how can it be
स्वयम् वेत्ताsvayam vettā
by itself the knower
एतद्–विलक्षणःetad–vilakṣaṇaḥ
which is distinct from this

Translation

How can this body – a pack of bones, coated with flesh, filled with filth and very dirty – be, by itself, the knower, which is distinct from this body?
