Translation

A deluded person entertains the notion of self in the bundle of skin, flesh, fat, bones and filth. A person of discriminating nature realises one’s own nature which is distinct (from the body) and which is eternal in absolute sense.

Annotation

‘Realises one’s own nature’ implies that he realises his Self as not different from Brahman (Jagadguru).
