Translation

The properties of pure sattva are purity of mind, realisation of the Self, supreme tranquility, contentment, happiness and abidance in the Supreme Atman. By these a person always enjoys the essence of bliss.

Annotation

Pure sattva – means sattva unmixed with rajas and tamas. The obstacles posed by rajas and tamas are absent and hence the person has undisturbed realisation of the Self. His happiness is not dependent on sense objects (Jagadguru).
