Translation

The mind, along with the reflected consciousness (jīva), stays with a sense of identification as ‘I’, in these sense organs such as the eye and in the body.

Annotation

The reflected consciousness – means the jīva. It is the jīva who stays with the false sense of identification in the body–mind–complex and treats the properties of body–mind–complex as his own (Jagadguru).
