निषेधे कृते नेति नेतीति वाक्यैः
समाधिस्थितानां यदाभाति पूर्णम् ।
अवस्थात्रयातीतमद्वैतमेकं
परं ब्रह्म नित्यं तदेवाहमस्मि ॥५॥

niṣedhe kṛte neti netīti vākyaiḥ
samādhisthitānāṃ yadābhāti pūrṇam ;
avasthātrayātītamadvaitamekaṃ
paraṃ brahma nityaṃ tadevāhamasmi .5.

English Translation to Svarupanusandhanam

I am verily that Supreme Eternal Brahman, which shines in all its fullness to those who stay steadily in the state of perfect equipoise after everything else has been negated by the passages that say that the Self is not this, not this, which is Single without a second and is beyond the three states of experience (the waking state, dream and deep sleep)

Accompanying notes to English Translation of Svarupanusandhanam

It is pointed out here that the Self is the only Existing Reality and that the world of Name and Form is only a Seeming as the result of the non-recognition of the underlying Reality and that when that Reality is recognised the Seeming will cease to be, just as in the rope-snake illustration.
