Shloka

वागादिपञ्च श्रवणादिपञ्च
प्राणादिपञ्चाभ्रमुखाणि पञ्च ।
बुद्ध्याद्यविद्यापि च कामकर्मणी
पुर्यष्टकं सूक्ष्मशरीरमाहुः ॥ ९८ ॥

vāgādipañca śravaṇādipañca
prāṇādipañcābhramukhāṇi pañca ;
buddhyādyavidyāpi ca kāmakarmaṇī
puryaṣṭakaṃ sūkṣmaśarīramāhuḥ . 98 .

Anvaya

वाक्–आदि पञ्चvāk–ādi pañca
The five organs (of action) such as speech etc
श्रवण–आदि पञ्चśravaṇa–ādi pañca
the five sense organs such as hearing etc
प्राण–आदि पञ्चprāṇa–ādi pañca
the five–fold prāṇa
अभ्र–मुखानि पञ्चabhra–mukhāni pañca
the five (subtle) elements such as space
बुद्धि आदिbuddhi ādi
the four–fold inner organ
अविद्या अपिavidyā api
nescience
च काम–कर्मणीca kāma–karmaṇī
and desire and action
पुर्यष्टकंpuryaṣṭakaṃ
this aggregate of eight
सूक्ष्म–शरीरम् आहुःsūkṣma–śarīram āhuḥ
people call as the subtle body

Translation

The five organs (of action) such as speech etc., the five sense organs such as hearing etc; the five–fold prāṇa; the five (subtle) elements such as space, the four–fold inner organ; nescience; desire and action; this aggregate of eight – people call as the subtle body.
