Translation

Brahman is one alone, eternal, non–dual and actionless. It is of the nature of pure existence, pure consciousness and homogenous bliss.

Annotation

Pure existence is that which is not negated in past, present and future (trikāla–abādhyam). It is beyond time. Pure consciousness is that in which the triad (tripuṭi) of knower, knowledge and object is absent. Homogenous bliss is because of the fact that Brahman is infinite and there is no want in Brahman.
