Translation

Absence of worldly knowledge – external or internal – due to absorption of mind in relishing the bliss of Brahman is the characteristic of the realised person, he who is liberated while being alive.

Annotation

‘Absence of worldly knowledge’ – is to react to worldly issues without predispositions. World dominates both the inside and outside of a normal person. He perceives the world and reacts to it. The realised person sees the world as Brahman. His limited identity has disappeared and hence there is nothing external or internal for the infinite Self.
