Translation

Just as a caterpillar, having given up interest in any other activity, contemplates on the bee and surely becomes the bee, similarly the seeker who contemplates (on Atman) with one–pointed attention would surely attain the Supreme Atman.

Annotation

The distinction between jīva and Brahman is caused by ignorance and it disappears by proper contemplation (Jagadguru).
