Shloka

निर्विकल्पकमनल्पमक्षरं
यत्क्षराक्षरविलक्षणं परम् ।
नित्यमव्ययसुखं निरञ्जनं
ब्रह्म तत्त्वमसि भावयात्मनि ॥ २६२ ॥

nirvikalpakamanalpamakṣaraṃ
yatkṣarākṣaravilakṣaṇaṃ param ;
nityamavyayasukhaṃ nirañjanaṃ
brahma tattvamasi bhāvayātmani . 262 .

निर्–विकल्पकम्nir–vikalpakam

Meditate thus in your mind

Translation

Brahman has no duality in It. It is infinite and not perishing. It is distinct from the perishing and non–perishing. It is Supreme, eternal, it is of the nature of infinite bliss and devoid of tamas. You are That Brahman. Meditate thus in your mind.

Annotation

1) All duality is in the realm of māyā and Brahman is devoid of duality. 2) kṣara and akṣara – the words refer to the creation which is perishing in nature and to māyā which is relatively non–perishing in nature. What was told in the earlier verse as “distinct from being either the effect or the cause” is being told in different expressions (Jagadguru).
