Shloka

ब्रह्मभूतस्तु संसृत्यै विद्वान्नावर्तते पुनः ।विज्ञातव्यमतः सम्यग्ब्रह्माभिन्नत्वमात्मनः ॥ २२६ ॥

brahmabhūtastu saṃsṛtyai vidvānnāvartate punaḥ ;vijñātavyamataḥ samyagbrahmābhinnatvamātmanaḥ . 226 .

Anvaya

विद्वान्vidvān
The wise person
ब्रह्म–भूतः तुbrahma–bhūtaḥ tu
who has become Brahman
संसृत्यैsaṃsṛtyai
for transmigration
न आवर्तते पुनःna āvartate punaḥ
does not return again
अतःataḥ
Hence
ब्रह्म–अभिन्नत्वम्brahma–abhinnatvam
the fact of non–difference from Brahman
आत्मनःātmanaḥ
of the Atman
सम्यक् विज्ञातव्यम्samyak vijñātavyam
has to be known well

Translation

The wise person who has realised (become) Brahman does not return for transmigration. Hence the fact of non–difference of Atman with Brahman has to be understood well.
