Anvaya

एताभ्याम् एव शक्तिभ्यांetābhyām eva śaktibhyāṃ

By these two powers only

बन्धःbandhaḥ

bondage

समागतःsamāgataḥ

has come

पुंसःpuṃsaḥ

for the person

याभ्यांyābhyāṃ

by which

विमोहितःvimohitaḥ

deluded

मत्वाmatvā

having mistakenly considered

देहंdehaṃ

the body

आत्मानंātmānaṃ

as the Atman

अयम् भ्रमतिayam bhramati

the person wanders (rotates in the cycle of transmigration)
