Anvaya

Thereafter
ते सं–प्रवक्ष्यामिte saṃ–pravakṣyāmi
I shall tell you
स्वरूपं परमात्मनःsvarūpaṃ paramātmanaḥ
the real nature of the Supreme Atman
यद् विज्ञायyad vijñāya
by knowing which
नरःnaraḥ
a person
बन्धात् मुक्तःbandhāt muktaḥ
having been freed from bondage
कैवल्यम् अश्नुतेkaivalyam aśnute
attains the only–oneness (liberation)

Translation

Thereafter (after telling about the non–self) I shall tell you the real nature of Supreme Atman. By knowing that, a person gets freed from bondage and attains the only–oneness.

Annotation

1) Freed from bondage – means that the identification with the body–mind–complex ceases. 2) Kaivalyam – as all the limiting adjuncts get dropped, the seeker remains as mere knower, which is the only one, the Brahman which is existence, knowledge and bliss (Jagadguru).
