English Translation

I am verily That which is the prime source of the shining forth of the continuous lustre of the sun, moon and lightning, which is free from any kind of differentiation, of which the entire universe is but a quarter and because of which all power is felt.

Accompanying notes to English Translation of Nirvana Manjari

Having dealt with the Self mainly as the essence of the individual soul in the first eight stanzas, the Master refers to its cosmic aspect in the ninth and continues to do so in the tenth and eleventh stanzas. The entire world is but a fraction of the cosmic Self and but for its pervasion the sun, moon and other luminaries cannot shine at all. All energy finds expression only because of the conscious Self.
